Thought this would make you think of the Halloween weekend that is upon us!
Just posted on Facebook that if anyone is thinking of coming that our worm supply will be very tight this weekend for a few reasons. One, this is our last weekend open (before we go to winter hours) so we don’t want to get stuck with a bunch of worms that will just decay on us. (lovely thought), two, our worm supplier has told us this will be our only shipment for the weekend (the worms come Friday), and three, the refuge is done with drive-on come Sunday at noon. You can still go down there to fish, but not drive on.
We have heard of a few small fish still being taken, but my information comes from only a few guys since that is who seems to be out there. So, with that said. We hope the few of you that can make it, do try. It looks like Friday and Saturday are going to be sunny crisp days, and we hope you take advantage of the final weekend on the PRWR.
As many of you already know, after October 31st we go on to after season hours. We will be closed during the week but we open for the weekend for any of you that need to drop off repairs, need supplies for fishing other spots, or if you want to just come hang out with us for a bit. But always remember, if you need to come at a different time, give a call during the weekend or leave us a message and we will gladly make other arrangements for you to come into the shop.
