Sorry it’s been a while since my last post. The truth is it’s been a pretty slow and disappointing month of fishing for what traditionally should be one of the best times of year. I’ve had only a handful of good nights of fishing out of many put in, as have many of the experienced anglers I frequently speak with. Those putting in their time after dark and with eels are occasionally being rewarded. The fish are moving quickly and very hard to predict this time of year, here one night gone the next. Hopefully the fish will be back on the feed after this storm clears through early next week.
These fish were from a few weeks back. I was lucky enough to get two 30lb+ fish in one evening. Thanks to Mike Azvedo and Gabe Chuckran for help with the pictures and video!
